Grouped the Gateways all together, as AI Manager is already fine to merge at any time, and Event Gateway is beta only, so can also move at any time.
In this change, we have:

Reviewer Note: As part of these changes, I also originally wanted to adjust the control plane/data plane capitalization for style, on the same pages where the Gateway names were changing. I ran a problem with this: there are simply too many places where these terms are used, so it's hard to see the naming changes. I left in what I started; let me know if you'd rather I revert those changes (manually).
